I'm interested in tracking platform usage across my whole agency

I would like to include metadata on the file downloads, like if it was submitted as "raw" or "final", the video and jpeg size such as "9X16", "4X5", or "1X1", and what concept was selected from the brief (if there are multiple to include)

I would like to have the ability to transfer funds between different brands myself, without needing to contact support for manual processing.

Some of our projects don't require a product to by shipped or purchased (an app or service for example). I clearly explain that point in the brief, but it would be more transparent if the brief included an option for compensation only without physical or digital product being sent.

I would like the ability to export survey data from the platform. This would help in analyzing responses more effectively, especially when dealing with multiple choice questions and detailed responses.

I would like the coli platform to automatically create sub-folders in Google Drive to organize assets by product, creator, and brief. This would greatly streamline the process of managing large volumes of digital content and reduce the manual effort currently required.

would be great for brands to add their own user seats

Ability to add funds into buckets so that way when we pay out creators we choose which bucket to draw out the funds from.

I'd like the option to request cross-posting specifically within IG/FB and TikTok. Therefore, when creating a brief both platforms can be selected for cohesive messaging (i.e. video, static, and/or story) across key social media sites. Additional feature to either compensate lump sum and/or provide 2 boxes to denote IG/FB compensation and TikTok comp. based on recommendation rates via Cohley.

Would be helpful to be able to share a creator's profile as a one-off in addition to being a part of a list in the collaborate feature. This would be for one-off purposes.
