Feature Requests

I would like to have a custom tagging system to better organize and search for video assets in the content library. This would allow me to create my own tags and attribute them to the final assets, making the content library easier to navigate.

I would like the coli platform to automatically create sub-folders in Google Drive to organize assets by product, creator, and brief. This would greatly streamline the process of managing large volumes of digital content and reduce the manual effort currently required.

I would like a feature that allows me to star specific content in a creator's portfolio to indicate why they were chosen. This would help creators understand what resonated with us and improve future submissions.

Since the recent update, when viewing applied creators' portfolio of content, clicking the "x" to exit a sample video in the portfolio takes you back to the top of the page, not back to the creator you were just viewing. Meaning after every video you view, you have to scroll down to find where you were in the applicant pool.

Ability to add funds into buckets so that way when we pay out creators we choose which bucket to draw out the funds from.

Sometimes we don't want to rate creators right away or at all because we don't want them to know that we gave them a bad rating (even if they deserved it). We also think it would be interesting to get ratings from the creators as a way to get feedback on our briefs so we can improve.

It would be beneficial to have a chat messaging system within the creator hub to keep all communications centralized within Cohley. This would streamline the communication process with creators.

It would be incredibly helpful to have an easy way to share campaign performance reporting with internal teams and stakeholders who don’t have Cohley access. Ideally, we’d love to see either: Downloadable PDF reports from the Performance section that retain clickable links to creator content/posts, or Dynamic, view-only reporting links that can be shared externally and stay updated as campaign performance data comes in. Either option would make it much easier to share campaign results internally without needing to manually pull data, create separate reports, or give additional users access to Cohley. A dynamic view-only link would be especially valuable since stakeholders could always access the most current campaign results without our team having to continually recreate and redistribute reports

Make it easier to escalate creators that are ghosting, attempting to negotiate after being accepted, or not following Cohley best practices so that it is easy for us to track repeat offenders and escalate email communication between Cohley and the creator.

I'd like the option to request cross-posting specifically within IG/FB and TikTok. Therefore, when creating a brief both platforms can be selected for cohesive messaging (i.e. video, static, and/or story) across key social media sites. Additional feature to either compensate lump sum and/or provide 2 boxes to denote IG/FB compensation and TikTok comp. based on recommendation rates via Cohley.
