I want to be able to create & save custom filters that match specific creator demographics so that I don't have to add the specific creator criteria every time I'm vetting creators.

Yes! Overall, the vetting process could be made more user friendly with updates to filtering and even having a smaller or collapsed viewed of each creator so you can scroll through all applicants more easily. Maybe have them in small squares in a 4x3 grid or something more easily to sort through.
