We've had a few instances where a creator has applied, we've accepted them for the brief, and then they never submit content or communicate and we've wasted valuable time waiting until the deadline for them to create content, only to have to start from scratch. It would be helpful if once accepted for the brief, the creator then has 24 hrs to confirm they'll be taking the project. If they don't confirm, we know to source a different creator.
